To develop and execute marketing strategies that promote the company’s transport and logistics services, build strong client relationships, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for transport, logistics, and clearing and forwarding services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and client engagement.
- Create marketing content, including social media posts, brochures, proposals, and advertisements, tailored to the logistics and transport industry.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and online visibility.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions and partnerships to improve brand awareness.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and client needs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular marketing reports highlighting progress, performance, and new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the transport, logistics, or automotive industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms will be an added advantage.
